US EPA Source Reduction Assistance Awards

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Regional Pollution Prevention Program Offices anticipate having up to $130,000 per region to issue Source Reduction Assistance awards in FY 2010 to support pollution prevention/source reduction and/or resource conservation project in FY 2011. The Regions will issue the awards in the form of grants and/or cooperative agreements. Proposals are due Thurdsday, February 4, 2010.

13 States Release States’ Principles for TSCA Reform

On Wednesday, Dec. 2, the thirteen states of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Vermont and Washington released a document outlining their shared principles for reforming the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
