--Article XXI - Air Pollution Control Regulations - In Article XXI pollution prevention is recognized as the preferred strategy (over pollution control) for reducing risk to air resources. Accordingly, pollution prevention measures will be integrated into air pollution control programs wherever possible, and the adoption by sources of cost-effective compliance strategies, incorporating pollution prevention, will be encouraged.
Article XIV - Sewage Disposal (Pending)Article XIV encourages owners, operators, and users of sewage disposal systems to institute pollution prevention programs and practice pollution prevention to the extent possible.

Any practice that reduces or eliminates potentially harmful pollutants at the source, or that reduces the use and consumption of resources, such as water or energy, in accordance with the National Pollution Prevention Policy.
