Join EPA’s Region 1 Pollution Prevention Program, EPA’s ENERGY STAR® Program & the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services’ Pollution Prevention Program for a free three-part webinar series on Sustainable Solutions for Craft Beverage Producers. The third webinar will feature speakers from three different breweries, Throwback Brewery in NH, Allagash Brewing in ME, and Redemption Rock Brewing in MA, who will each share their unique perspective on How to Cultivate a Culture of Sustainability at Your Facility.

Speakers:

  • Nicole Carrier, Throwback Brewery (NH): Nicole is the Co-Founder of Throwback Brewery in North Hampton, NH where she focuses on marketing and business strategy, as well as sausage making for Throwback's Lady Sausage brand. From 2017 through 2019 Nicole was the President of the New Hampshire Brewers Association. Nicole and the entire Throwback Team are committed to building a sustainable, community-oriented business that sources locally.  
  • Luke Truman, Allagash Brewing (ME): Luke Truman has been with Allagash's Engineering Department for 9 years and is currently the Facilities Manager. Luke was Allagash's Green Team Lead for 5 years, serves on the Sustainability Steering Committee, and has been a member of the Brewers Association's Sustainability Subcommittee for 6 years.  Luke has been directly involved with the planning and execution of many substantial building and process expansions as well as countless sustainability projects, including improving in-house processes, waste diversion practices, and serving as a resource for other manufacturers and building or process managers, both in and out of the craft beer industry.
  • Dani Babineau, Redemption Rock Brewing (MA): Dani is the CEO and co-founder of Redemption Rock Brewing Co, a craft brewery and taproom in Worcester, MA, and the first craft beer Benefit Corporation in Massachusetts. Dani earned her MBA from Babson College in 2015 and is a Certified Cicerone. She lives in Worcester with her fiancé (and Redemption Rock’s head brewer) and their puggle, Dexter.
