NPPR’s P2 Professionals Committee would like to invite you to a discussion of the upcoming P2 grants, March 14 at 4:00 EST.
Are you applying or thinking of applying? Are you wondering how you can enhance your chances, not just of getting the grant but of what you can accomplish?
Come to the meeting to discuss good project strategies, potential partners, replicability, structuring incentives, overcoming barriers, ideas that have worked, input from others about whether ideas might work. If you are interested in working with NPPR itself, that can boost the demonstration value of the work. If you are interested in finding out how others have approached a problem, or in working with others, this could be a useful meeting for you. We will start at 4 and go in order of who raises their hand.
This meeting is organized by a university lecturer who is also inviting some students to attend and witness professionals discussing how to do pollution prevention and navigate the grants system. (Engaging young P2 professionals – or potential P2 pros – is one of the purposes discussed for this new committee. Promoting P2 partnerships is another). For questions about this meeting please communicate with Rick Reibstein at rreibste@bu.edu.
